My purchase of a 2017 Acura TLX I have dealt with Park Ave Acura before 1999. I have returned due to the management and salesmen, under the guidance of Moreno sales manager, there is a big change, Moreno set us up with Dan Schapiro, who I must say was most likely the best sales person my wife and I have ever worked with. Right from our first meet it was as it should be, did not pressure and , he was a good listener, asked what we were looking for , we mention a TLX, he was very helpful with our questions. We were given a test drive and it was then that I fell in love with the acura again, we have been a honda family since 1998 Honda CRV., 16 Years later we leased a Civic, Back to Dan, I don't recall a sales person as nice as he was , the professionalism of Dan Schapiro has been our deciding factor of leasing the 2017 Acura TLX and becoming a Park Ave Acura family member again. However, dealing with Curtis at Park Ave. Acura, it was a totally different experience. I was able to negotiate a price on the phone and through emails. I did do my research and knew what I wanted to pay. Their process of being straight and transparent was helpful and appreciated. Essentially, the hard work was done on the phone and through email... when I showed up at the dealership, all I had to do was to pick the color. The paperwork was quick and no pressure to buy additional insurance and other products that may or may not be needed. Overall, it was a positive buying experience and I would recommend this dealer...
