Plus where we live Park Ave Acura is pretty much the only Acura dealer nearby, so there wasn't a lot of choice. After test driving both types of cars, and visiting & talking to sales people at both dealerships, we decided to go with Acura. A bit part of the decision was the comfort and ease Jonathan went to lengths to put us at. He answered all questions asked, was very knowledgeable, and a great person to deal with. Awesome experience I walked into Park Ave Acura with the usual trepidation that most consumers have when looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was promptly greeted by Dan I walked into Park Ave Acura with the usual trepidation that most consumers have when looking to purchase a new vehicle. I was promptly greeted by Dan Schapiro and he was immediately interested in helping any way he could. After walking me through the vehicle I was interested in he suggested taking it for a test drive (wasn't offered any of the information or test drive at Ramsey Acura). I was very impressed with the car, but more importantly after we got back and sat down to discuss pricing Dan made sure to ask all the right questions to structure the numbers to my liking not what other dealers do and tell you what they want. The process was not very long and after about a half hour we agreed to a deal I found very appealing. I picked up the car the next day and everything was as promised. The plates were even on the car, never had that happen when I picked up a new car. Thanks for making the experience a great one and I will surely be back and will be happy to refer anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Acura. More
