Received a text after about 20 minutes that they were recommending an additional service. I recognized that this was a maintenance service recommended for the MDX that I had planned to do anyway, and I was able to quickly reply and approve the added service (after being able to review the cost) via a link in the text. Payment process was easy as well. More
