Good customer service The overall customer service at this location has been great. The technicians that I have encountered have been accommodating and well informed. I especially appreciate the texts I receive giving me and update on the status of my service. The verbal status update is welcomed and much appreciated too. The only thing I would like to address is the car wash service wait and time, however I’m not sure if anything could be done to improve it. Sometimes, not often when I know I’m passing a dealership is I’d like to get my car washed without service and it’s always an hour or two hour wait. More

The Best Care Buying Experience Ever Tim was exceptional to work with through this purchase. When I found the slightly used car I was interested in online and reached out to the dealers Tim was exceptional to work with through this purchase. When I found the slightly used car I was interested in online and reached out to the dealership, Tim had remembered me from 13 years ago from a previous purchase. We were able to work out the details of the sale over the phone so when I drove 100 miles to Plano my time there moved with speed and efficiency. The dealership was willing to come down off the online price to a price I thought was fair for the vehicle, and they gave me what I asked for my trade-in. I look forward to my next Acura purchase in a few years with Tim! More
