My salesman met me at the door on my way in and in a matter of minutes he found me the perfect car. Then I had a five minute conversation with the sales manager to get the pricing that I needed. Once that was taken care of the finance manager did a great job of getting me in an out very quickly. I have bought a lot of cars and it has never went this smooth. Thanks David McDavid Acura! More

They have 15 computers and they wanted check stubs to prove income but none of the company computers were we able to use. Mobile phone wouldn't open the document properly so we had to drive all the way home to print out pay stubs then come back. Seems one computer could serve the purpose of stuff like that if they set it up right. Other than that...still just as slow as the toyota dealership when it came to processing a car purchase. Whoever figures out how to do this faster deserves a prize. More

Service Yes, have the service techs and/or porters wear protective/latex gloves so they don't leave fingerprints around door handles and where they put their Yes, have the service techs and/or porters wear protective/latex gloves so they don't leave fingerprints around door handles and where they put their hands on the hood when it gets popped open (right above the hood latch). There's fingerprints in both places on my car. Other than that Andrew and the service team at David McDavid Acura did an OUTSTANDING job servicing my 2014 Nissan Altima. I've been friends with Andrew (more like family without blood relation) for 9 years now and he will always be my service advisor as long as he doesn't move out of the DFW area. 10 ALL THE WAY AROUND!!
