Tried to purchase a new car. Checked on the Clicklane website. Upon calling the dealership to get a shipping quote, they gave me a purchase quote for the vehicle that was $7500+ over the listed price. I website. Yesterday my mother, who is in her 70s, took her car to the dealership to get its annual inspection for her registration. After she left the dealership, she went to the tax office, waited in line, and fina the dealership to get its annual inspection for her registration. After she left the dealership, she went to the tax office, waited in line, and finally was able to present her paperwork for registration - only to find out that she could not do so because her car had FAILED it’s annual inspection because of a FACTORY RECALL. So not only did the dealership fail to even mention that her car failed inspection before they sent her on her way, they didn’t bother to address the factory recall in the slightest. She has since called the dealership, but both the manager and technician were conveniently not at their desks or able to return calls to her. I find this situation maddening on so many levels. She will have to use another dealership to take care of the recall (which maybe was their goal in the first place). This is my first negative review I’ve ever felt compelled to leave, but this dealership has made zero effort for a senior citizen. More

I had a horrible experience with MacDavid Acura in Plano. I scheduled an appointment with them and went there to replace a fuel pump assembly for my TLX. However they said that they didn’t even know about t I scheduled an appointment with them and went there to replace a fuel pump assembly for my TLX. However they said that they didn’t even know about the appointment and didn’t have the correct parts and basically didn’t do anything. I received a confirmation email for my appointment beforehand. They notified me that I should come back later but obviously they didn’t want to replace the parts because it was a recall. I gave them a call many times but each time they transferred my call to a voicemail and didn’t even called me back. I just can’t believe their unprofessional behavior. More

It was a dark & stormy (New Years) night. Tim was patient and let us test drive 3 different cars. When we found the car we wanted, he worked with us to get the best deal.
