We were introduced to Arthur Dee and Denis Joseph. I test drove the RDX . I really liked the size of the car and ease of handling. Also the car sat up high which I liked. Wonderful experience with my used car purchase This was one of the easiest car purchases ever. I had looked for a vehicle for at least 3 months using everything from CarMax(overpriced but no haggle This was one of the easiest car purchases ever. I had looked for a vehicle for at least 3 months using everything from CarMax(overpriced but no haggle) to CarGuru's. I saw the car I wanted listed online and the price had actually dropped when I went in to see it. We decided on the purchase that night but because it was late we asked our salesperson Tim to hold the car overnight and allow us to complete the paperwork the next day. He was both kind and accommodating. The next day I was suddenly hospitalized and when my husband called to say we wouldn't be in for another day they were extremely empathetic and kind. When we came in over the weekend to finalize the purchase Tim had the car ready and thoughtfully inquired as to my health after my ordeal. Jeff, in the finance department, was so helpful in completing the transaction and kind when we ran into an issue with the check from our bank. Jeff is not only great at his job, but an all around great guy! We were treated so well here and I can't speak highly enough of these guys. More

GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Tim Sechrest was very helpful. We drove the car we came in to look at then realized someone had already spoken for the car. Tim said if the other person backs out that he would let me know. Tim called me as soon as the other person backed out. We went back to the dealership and he took care of everything. He made car buying easy and without any pressure! Great experience! More

Before we walked in to McDavid Acura, my wife and I just wanted to take a quick We just purchased a used 2015 Acura RDX from this dealer on Saturday. Before we walked in to McDavid Acura, my wife and I just wanted to take a quick test drive on the Acura RDX since we had already spent many hours on planning to purchase Mercedes GLK 350 from another dealership. Our Sales representative Alex Kirklighter at McDavid Acura gave us a very warm welcome in Saturday afternoon, and very patiently spent a couple of hours to answer all our questions and concerns, as well as introduced all Acura RDX features.
