The practice of making a claim over the phone to get a customer in the shop and then changing the terms discussed on the phone is deceptive. More

I am also a very busy person so spending hours at a dealership is not on my top list of things to do. We did everything over the phone. I chose a vehicle that I wanted and told him what I was willing to spend. He took care of all my needs and wants right over the phone. All we had to do is go in on our lunch hour to sign and pick up vehicle! That simple! I will be using Acura Plano forever as long as they keep up this type of service!! Thank you! More
