Pleasant Experience Until I Had To Deal With The Finance xxx Bought a new TLX from James last week. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I Bought a new TLX from James last week. He was extremely friendly and helpful. He made sure that all my questions were answered in a timely manner. I am pleased with the interaction that James and I had. Dealing with Jay, the finance associate, is a different story. I honestly don't think I said anything to offend him, but if I did, I simply don't care. I should still be treated with kindness and respect that a valued customer deserves. I shouldn't be talked down too or be bombarded with nasty comments. I had to show him a competitor's website to prove to him that he was charging a percentage rate higher than he should have been, which he probably didn't need proven to him nor did he like. I told him I knew people were paying less for similar extended warranties through the dealership and he literately screamed at me "I guess you should go somewhere else then". A customer shouldn't be told to go somewhere else, he should be trying to sell me, not push me out the door. After that he followed me outside and made sure to have one more nasty thing to say to me as I was walking to my car. He followed it with "Just joking" as he walked away. Like that really makes it any better that he claims to be joking. That's how I left the dealership that day, no "thank you for the business" or "have a nice day". The following morning, I picked up my car and made sure to tell Ankur about my experience with Jay. I appreciate him listening and valuing what I had to say. He made it seem like he would address my concerns and made me feel that my feedback was important. He thanked me for my business and I was on my way. With all this being said, the next Acura I purchase with be through this dealership as long as I don't have to deal with Jay. More

Ryan gladly greeted us and took us through with a test drive and within 2 hours we I purchased a new TLX from this dealership at the end of June 2015. Gabe called me the next day with figures, and arranged to have his colleague Mark help me because he was going to be out. I took delivery on the vehicle the next day so that they could get my car ready. I had a concern that I called about, and they handled it no questions asked. They truly did everything to make sure that I had a positive experience, and I had not regrets when I drove off. I actually got a better deal than I expected. If you are the type who gets anxious about the new car experience, I would recommend Gabe and the team at Mcdavid. I met several of the team members, and everyone was very helpful. He took his time to find out the correct answer for us and not just assume or guess. He was able to show us both new and used models, which we liked. Many dealerships do not allow a sales person to show both. We decided on a lightly used Acura MDX. He was great to work with in every step along the way.
