Professionalism at Its Best After investigating the Houston area, we could not find a TLX matching the features and color scheme we desired. We were offered pricing on cars with matching features, but having different color schemes. Searching the Internet we found David McDavid Acura in Plano, which had an extensive inventory including multiple cars meeting our criteria. We inquired about the price and received a response from Chris Sprayberry the Internet Sales Director within seven minutes that easily beat the other dealer's offerings. Upon e-mailing Chris that we were interested in purchasing the vehicle, we had a drive-out price shortly afterwards. Harsh Patel our Sales Consultant quickly followed-up with a phone call to explain the process to complete the sale. To expedite some of the paperwork, Harsh listed information and forms that could be completed prior to arriving at the dealership. The day of the purchase went smoothly. Harsh greeted us and completed the preliminary paperwork. We proceeded to meet with Matt Oravetz the Business Manager. He provided us with the lowest available financing, which incidentally was not through Acura Financial Services. Matt also provided an explanation on the various vehicle protection packages. He was not pushy and offered valuable assessments on the various options. Surprisingly, Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the various vehicles offered by Acura. Matt returned us to Harsh, who proceeded to take us to our vehicle and explain/ demonstrate the various features. It was a thorough process, as Harsh patiently answered any questions. Harsh was shadowed by an associate trainee named Chris to learn the proper procedure for this demonstration. Before we left, Chris Sprayberry followed-up to make sure we were satisfied with all aspects of the sale.
