The general sales manager offered us the opportunity to take one out for several hours. Since my mechanic had told me to never buy a car without first riding in it for awhile (what's comfortable for 5 minutes may not be so much after one or two hours), I jumped at that chance. However, we said we'd come back at on another day to get the car. We came home. I researched prices. (I had already researched car quality - impeccable.) We got bids on interest rates from banks we had relationships with. And, a couple of days later, we returned to the dealership to drive the car. Dan got us a car that had a full tank of gas in it and told us to go have fun in it. We did! And, we were sold! Dan never pushed us to buy any specific car. He didn't try to push options on us that we didn't necessarily want or need. We got a price that the Internet said was a really good one. And Giles, the finance man, was able to get us a better interest rate than we could find for ourselves at banks we have used for years. When we picked up the car the next day, Dan spent a couple of hours going over everything with us (when did cars get so complicated???). He told us to go home, play with it, and then, if we still have questions, to come back and he'd spend more time with us. Thanks, Dan and David McDavid Acura! It was a wonderful experience! More

Denis was very helpful in setting up everything and the process went smoothly when purchasing my third TSX model. He showed me the service department, introduced me, and signed me up for my first appointment, which by the way is on them. Also, Matt from finance was very courteous and not in any form pushing things I did not need to purchase along with my new car. I have had some bad experience with purchasing Acura vehicles in the past from another dealership, but with David McDavid I did not. I will continue using David McDavid Acura in the near future when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, as so will my parents I'm sure. More

David McDavid Acura was my first choice of the two dealerships that I chose. So, I stopped into McDavid’s dealership and test drove a MDX, which Mark Belyavskiy assisted me with. Mark was very professional and courteous. In addition, he is a no-pressure type of guy and is very knowledgable about Acura vehicles, which was manifested by him walking me through all the features of the MDX. I also checked out the other Acura dealership, whose name I won’t mention, and found them to be unprofessional and dishonest. The other dealership even offered me a significantly lower price on the MDX. However, I went with David McDavid because the car buying experience, for me, is not just about price. It is also about professionalism, courteousness, and integrity, which Mark and his team exhibited throughout my car buying experience. More

He also ensured the car was perfect for delivery and instructed me on the many tech features. Working with Matt was also very pleasant. He answered all my questions and worked leasing and buying options to see what suited my needs best. I spoke to Tim Sechrest over the phone and he quoted me a better price on a lower mileage Acura RDX. I was impressed with the way Tim handled himself during my call and I immediately made my way from Arlington to Plano where Tim met me and made me a great deal! He definitely made it worth my time and effort to come and see him! Great experience throughout the buying process. I walked in to purchase a used vehicle, and far from the most expensive one on their lot. As a father of two, who is attempting to save for both retirement and college at the same time, I had a limited budget to work with. How lucky I was to walk into this store. From the moment I walked in, to when I completed my purchase, I was treated professionally and with a level of respect I did not anticipate. It would be easy to feel intimidated purchasing from a high end dealer without a huge budget to work with, and these guys were wonderful beyond my expectations. Eduard was the sales person I worked with, along with his mgr., Sam, and both Matt and Giles in the Business Office. I felt welcomed and appreciated, and at no time did it feel as if I was being taken advantage of. If I sound over the top, please allow me to elaborate. I have been in sales for almost sixteen years now, and all of my experience has involved working with dealers. Unfortunately, my experience at McDavid Acura is not common. I am used to suiting up for battle when stepping onto a dealership floor, and the McDavid team was wonderful departure from an all too sad norm. Thank you very much for such a great experience. More
