Just helpful sales people helping me get the new vehicle that I wanted. My car wasn't in stock on the day I came to purchase it. But they checked and found that the car was due in on an upcoming delivery. Very helpful. I was willing to wait a few days to get the very car I wanted (model, color, packages, options). There was no arm-twisting to persuade me against my preferred choice, just helpful people making sure I got what I wanted.
