So It took me less than 10 minutes to reach a deal of buying a new luxury SUV. Once we came to the dealership premise, Mr. Denis Joseph showed abundant professionalism and patience. He showed us the cars of the model we had negotiated for. He explained to us in detail the features of the car we picked and how to use them. He went on with us to a test drive, encouraging us to try different modes of operation. He offered us the various upgrades available to us without unduly pushing us to buy them. He helped pair our cell phones to the car, even though the time was already 9:30 pm, 30 minutes past their scheduled close of the day. He looked and acted even cooler in person then in photo. Before we left, Denis also brought out his director to greet us. My wife and I have already mentioned our happy story with these gentlemen to a few of our friends over this weekend. More

I had been to 2 other Acura dealerships including the one my previous ACURA was leased from(Vandergriff). My lease was nearing its end and was looking for my replacement car. I was not impressed with the s my previous ACURA was leased from(Vandergriff). My lease was nearing its end and was looking for my replacement car. I was not impressed with the sincerity of the 1st dealer (where my current car was leased) and felt I was being "High Balled" when I went to the second one - even asking me to pay last 3 payments + $1300.00 which they said I was in the hole (again it was leased) (Goodson). TJ was not pushy, respected my concerns/timing and didn't pressure me into anything. In negotiating a price, as any dealership does, they were coming in high to what I wanted to pay, but ended up being with in dollars of the amount. Felt very well treated by all that i worked with. The "waiting" to close the deal and the detailing of the new car was the longest, but not any longer than normal-or other cars i have purchased/leased. More

From our first contact (internet) with David McDavid, to our first test drive and through many subsequent follow up calls Gabe provided in depth product knowledge and great patience as we worked through our decision. He also went over and above to get us the deal we needed to have. The car was delivered as promised, Matt walked us through the paperwork, and we got an excellent final overview from Gabe before we left with our new MDX. Over the first two weeks of ownership the follow through by Gabe has been outstanding. We certainly feel that the team at David McDavid is going over and above to make sure that we are completely satisfied with our new purchase ... and we are.
