I was unfamilar with the new convience of the transaction being conducted at a "preferred dealership." Although he was not rude in any way, my officer gave me the impression that I was being paranoid in my questioning and I felt he did not fully disclose to me that I could have completed my transaction at a credit union location instead if it would make me more comfortable.
