Tim was a great help and assisted us on three different occasions to ensure we found exactly what we wanted. He even came in early on a day his was only supposed to work a half day! I typically take my TL to David McDavid Plano for service (I also purchased it there). This is the second time that I have worked with Tony Fontana. I brought my car in to fix three rattles / noises coming (I also purchased it there). This is the second time that I have worked with Tony Fontana. I brought my car in to fix three rattles / noises coming from the cabin and sunroof. Most people would not notice the sounds, and if they did, would most likely not pay attention to them. However, I am hyper sensitive / OCD about rattles. When we test drove the car to identity the noises so they could be fixed, only one of the three made the noise. Most service technicians would disregard the complaint and give you the basic "If we can't hear it, we can't fix it." I understand that, but you have to make an honest effort to duplicate the sounds and fix them. Tony did take the time to fix them. It took several days, but all of the random noises that I obsess about are gone. This is the kind of service I expect from an Acura dealership. By the way, I have also worked with other service techs at that dealership. They are all good. However, I feel that Tony goes above and beyond to address customer complaints. - Jason More
It was a process to purchase my ILX. But in the long run it worked out and I would give Ikechukwu (IKE) an A+ he always responded and was very nice Tony was there to assist and did great also.
