He treated me with the utmost respect, did not pressure me into anything, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. John and the rest of the team made the whole car-buying process very painless. Being my first experience, I did not feel overwhelmed. They laid everything out in front of me and guided me in my decisions without pushing me to do anything I either did not want or couldn't do. They offered to clean and detail my new car and made sure I got everything I needed with the car.
