My service Advisor was great, absolutely no issue's with him at all. He was quick and efficient as well as very informative. However, I noticed after getting home, that my beige interior of my Acura TL 2012 was blackened from the Technician, I am assuming. The driver side door was disgusting. It had thick black smudges/almost like the arm rest was tinted in black something. I did not notice when I picked it up and I am assuming that is because it was 6:00pm and I was just ready to get home. I This is not my first time experiencing my vehicle this way when I picked it up. The first visit I had (I have only been twice) was the same situation, I did notice that right away. They did fix the problem and clean my car interior after we called and complained about it. This time, I just am going to clean it myself because I do not feel like dealing with the hassle. I do not understand why anyone would think it is acceptable to give a client back their vehicle in this kind of condition. This is exactly why Technician's get the reputation that they get. One person that doesn't respect a customers property, gives the rest of the dealership a bad name. I would expect to pick up my vehicle in the same condition, if not better, than when dropped off. Never worse. It is very saddening because this is my second purchase with David McDavid and I have higher expectations than what they are providing. Again, no issue's with my service advisor or any other personnel except the person who got my car dirty and nasty, and didn't bother to clean it. More
I purchased my car brand new from David McDavid Acura of Plano six years ago and have utilized the service center the entire time. The service is superior and I would not go anywhere else. He is always very friendly and willing to explain any issues that arise with my car and answer any and all questions I might have in order to make sure I am comfortable with the recommended service for my car. It is obvious that Nathan is very knowledgable about cars and he is able to explain the mechanics of my car to me so that I can understand them (not always an easy task). The service performed on my car is superior and keeps my car running great after six years. I would recommend the service center and Nathan as a service adviser to anyone. More
Was invited by friends to the dealership's friends and family sales event because we were looking for a used MDX. Unfortunately the one we wanted to look at has already been sold. We decided to look at a family sales event because we were looking for a used MDX. Unfortunately the one we wanted to look at has already been sold. We decided to look at a 2012 MDX and after we test drive the vehicle and saw the price it was being offered at along with the finance specials that were also being offered it was an easy decision to go with the new MDX. Everyone at the dealership was easy to work with and I never felt that any games were going on. Everyone was upfront about the pricing and what could be done. When I am in the market for another vehicle I will definitely be going back to David McDavid! More

Ken and Tony introduced me to Tim Sechrest. He knew what I needed and was so helpful I was able to get my new car immediately. I'm sorry the highest rating I can give is 10---if I could, I'd give you 20. Everyone I've been in contact with -- from the operator when I call to the person handling the process when I pay my bill ---- A ONE!!!!!!! More
