This is the second new Acura we purchased with Gabe Sotelo's help. When it was time for a new car my husband and I specifically called Gabe for an appointment. Tony and Sam both did an excellent job of "not" selling me a car, they allowed me to purchase one. I was dreading going to the dealership, due to that Salesman sterotype; however I didn't feel like selling me a car, they allowed me to purchase one. I was dreading going to the dealership, due to that Salesman sterotype; however I didn't feel like a hostage or that they were trying to slam a car down my throat. Tony was very pleasant and fun to work with, he knows the inter workings of the cars very well and took the time to demonstrate for me along with setting up my navigation information and hands free link (I love it ! ). He did all of this with a very positive attitude and he and Sam both assured me the concerns I have would be taken care of.
