I have been going to David McDavid for service ever since I bought my first Acura in October 2010. I typically send my first message through their internet form, and I have always received a quick reply. Their service center couldn't be better! I've recently had the pleasure of working with Tony Fontana in the service department and Chris Sprayberry in sales. I purchased a vehicle from another location (a huge mistake!, but sadly I was looking for a very rare car and had to make the purchase quickly) and shortly thereafter I found out that there were problems with my car (the other dealership had not performed certain items that they said they would). Chris and Tony have both been more than happy to sit down with me, answer questions, and help me figure out the appropriate course of action to take, even though I hadn't even purchased it from them! I've learned my lesson, and in the future all of my car purchases will be through David McDavid - and I will always be bringing my cars to them for service.
