Park Place Acura

I have a 2004 Acura MDX, which was due for a replacement of timing belt and other maintenance. I called Tony Fontana, my service advisor. Tony patiently explained, the work, the cost and the time that was needed for the completion of this job. After dropping off my vehicle at 7:00 AM, I was told that the work will be done in one day. Around 4:00 PM, Tony called me with the information that the repairs were completed. At that time I asked Tony if I could see the timing belt that was replaced. I wanted to see this part because I had heard about, but I have never seen it before. Tony said that he will be happy to keep all the replaced parts in a box on his desk for me to see. I have to say that I am very pleased with the whole experience at the Acura dealership. I was provided with a free car rental for the day, which was very helpful. The work was completed on time and for a reasonable price. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer fully every question that I had. We're buying an Acura for the first time. We found a car online, went to the dealership. Tim Sechrest helped us out, his demeanor is very business-like and professional. After the test drive, we put down an offer which was immediately accepted (we did not attempt any lowballing, we fairly judged the value and gave an offer), the paperwork was easy. The car still had to go through the certification process and was ready only a couple of days after we signed the paperwork, yet the dealership completed everything and we picked it up without any complaints. All in all, a very good experience with David McDavid Acura of Plano and we will surely recommend Tim to people interested in buying an Acura. More
