I have a 2004 Acura MDX, which was due for a replacement of timing belt and other maintenance. I called Tony Fontana, my service advisor. Tony patiently explained, the work, the cost and the time that was of timing belt and other maintenance. I called Tony Fontana, my service advisor. Tony patiently explained, the work, the cost and the time that was needed for the completion of this job. After dropping off my vehicle at 7:00 AM, I was told that the work will be done in one day. Around 4:00 PM, Tony called me with the information that the repairs were completed. At that time I asked Tony if I could see the timing belt that was replaced. I wanted to see this part because I had heard about, but I have never seen it before. Tony said that he will be happy to keep all the replaced parts in a box on his desk for me to see. I have to say that I am very pleased with the whole experience at the Acura dealership. I was provided with a free car rental for the day, which was very helpful. The work was completed on time and for a reasonable price. The service advisor was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to answer fully every question that I had.
