The biggest characteristic that stood out for me was his communication - clear, direct, and responsive when I had a question. His response time was insane - at times I thought I was his only customer because he seasoned so quickly, but of course that could not be the case because that is a pretty bad employee-to-customer ratio even for these products. The other part of the communication that stood out was that he didn’t have to say “I’ll get back to you.” He knew the answers to my questions off the top of his head and answered them right away. People of a certain age remember the hilarious movie Used Cars. Alan is the opposite or the car salesperson characterized in that movie. My experience with ParkPlace was the opposite as well. These people know what they are doing and they treat their customers right. I also had some interactions with Sam - not as much as Alan, but he was totally professional as well. As a matter of habit I avoid writing reviews. But I simply have to make an exception for Alan and his team at Park Place. 5/5 with no reservations. More

David Khazai is the actual greatest. He went above and beyond to help me close a deal on a like-new '07 GT500, and made sure I got a fair price for my Camaro trade-in. You can tell the guys and girls at Park Place actually love cars. They want to get you into a vehicle you're actually excited about, and they're excited for you! The "energy" in the environment is quite fun, where you can see the looks on other buyer's faces as they're discussing the details of their prospective new vehicles with the salesmen. I can't say enough about how easy and comfortable the whole process was, with David's attentiveness . In my experience, other dealership environments are not fun, they're stressful.
