Purchased a 2108 Chevy 2500 on 2/21/23. Joe the Salesman was very courteous. We were presented a clean carfax, no accidents . Not a big deal, it’s used. 2nd day I noticed a crack on the right rear quarter panel that was not there when i purchased it . I took the truck back the following Monday 2/27 to have an appointment scheduled for the seats and have the crack in the quarter panel looked at. Turns out the quarter panel has body filler from the front of the panel to the rear tail light. They gave me a $1000 minimum estimate to repair it. I asked my salesman, Joe, if they could do anything to help with this, maybe pay for at least half of it. He said they would not. It would have been nice to know about the damage on the truck before buying it. Very unfortunate situation as I assumed I had finally found a decent dealership in Carteret county and would buy again from them in the near future. I will not be returning. More
