Biggest concern is doing business as Parker, but communicating as Garber. -Took longer to fix the vehicle than originally planned. -Returned vehicle with 2 issues that it didn't arrive with, directly related to services you recommended. -Returned vehicle with a passed NYS inspection but would have immediately failed if it was reinspected while still in your own lot. -Charging a deductible under completely unclear circumstances on initial service. -Charging a deductible on second service under circumstances that you may have caused the need for service. -Zero urgency after initial service failures and had to drive truck for a week with it working incorrectly. -Complete lack of communication and responses. -Unwanted sales communication, I don't ever remember being told my personal information would be used in that capacity, and my phone number is listed on the national do not call registry.
