Today i came in to Parker Subaru with ONE thing in mind..."just find prices." I was hassled my a few other dealerships and i really hated trying to find the right car for me! But i pulled in to Parker Subaru doing my best to hide from more harrassing car salesmen. Ryan greeted me..im thinking "OH NO"... I said some short words to get him away, but then i found myself talking and laughing for minutes at a time. I felt much better about looking for pricing on subarus. Ryan actually listened and did a fantastic job teaching me how to get the most out of what i am looking for! I really thought the new crosstreks were a cute and reasonable car for me. Not too expensive and certainly not boring. But then i found myself test driving the car and really thinking heavily of the car that matched my needs. Then the question was ready to jump out at me. "buy the car?" But with how happy my experience was and how happy i felt with my salesman i said "lets see what we can do." Everything was so different and easy! They fit my payment, gave me some accessories, and now i feel like a car buying expert. Ryan showed me the entire dealership, introducing me to the management, Brad the business manager, the service department, accessories and Jason Houck another familiar face who was quite the Subaruman:). My first service appointment was scheduled, i got a fantastic display of my new car and its safety features, and i left after a TRUELY EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIENCE! I finally found the one I liked, and negotiations were honest and fair. I thought the price was a little steep as my last Subaru Outback cost a great deal less new, but Mike patiently explained that this car had many more features and more to recommend it. I was very happy with my experience there and will recommend them without hesitation. I hope this has been helpful. By the way, Mike was recommended to me by my sister, Janice Hughes, who was a recent buyer of a new Subaru and her glowing recommendation was the reason I went to that particular dealership in the first place. Since buying out Select Subaru, Parker has gone down hill fast. They have salesman that don't know a thing about Subarus and then when trying to have them to price match another local dealer (in Spokane), t fast. They have salesman that don't know a thing about Subarus and then when trying to have them to price match another local dealer (in Spokane), they claim that paying an extra $1000 should be something I would glad to pay because of their wonderful service. I would never recommend this dealership since Mr. Parker (Toyota) took over. He is only into making as much as he can. Go elsewhere. More
