My requested vehicle was ready for a test drive, I loved it, and decided to buy it, greatly relieved that I didn't have to haggle. The trade in value of my car was exactly what I expected, so I was not surprised at the bottom line. Paperwork went well and smoothly, managed by charming Chris Loftin, with a little time to chat with Robert while we waited, I thought he was just like one of my sons. I was impressed with the cleanliness and décor of the dealership. As a matter of fact, we determined that it could be classified a "boutique dealership" if such existed. My new car was detailed way above and beyond necessary by a nice young man whose name I didn't get. All in all, my experience was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I have had many in my 70+ years. Robert and Chris were beyond patient and helpful, the pricing was acceptable, and the car was exactly as described. I recommend Duncan Acura and Audi with no reservations. More
