He was also very up-front about the price and they even showed us their results for similar cars at competing dealerships in the vicinity (I knew they were accurate because I'd seen the same cars in my online searches). Robert Medlin is the best. I found a used truck I was looking for at Duncan. Robert Medlin was the sales rep. that worked with me. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful p I found a used truck I was looking for at Duncan. Robert Medlin was the sales rep. that worked with me. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful person. The truck had a locking lug nut on each wheel that neither of us knew about because they were covered up by a centerpiece cap. After I got the truck home which was over 80 miles from the dealership and found no special socket to remove the locking lugs, I carried the truck to a local dealer and had each one removed. I contacted Robert about the possibility of Duncan Acura reimbursing me for this charge and he agreed to check on it. It took some time, which was not Robert's fault (they sent check to local dealer instead of me), but eventually I received a check to completely reimburse me for having the lug nuts replaced with regular ones. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Robert again. No pressure and just such a nice down to earth person. More

Excellent Expereince - New Car Purchase I have only praise for the help and service that I received while buying a new Acura. The sales associate was very knowledgeable. He showed me everything I wanted to see and realistically compared the pros and cons of each choice. Most remarkably, there was absolutely no pressure and I felt that I was given the time to make my decision after all my questions were answered efficiently and honestly. My wife and I recently purchased two new Acura R D X s. We decided to update our vehicles. I could not imagine talking one of my vehicles in for service anywhere other that Duncan Acura. The sales team, the parts department, and the service department function like a well oiled machine. They all work together. Its all done to give their customers the ultimate service and sales experience. I currently own three Acuras and have really gotten spoiled by this dealership. I am very grateful to know that if I need them, they are definitely there for my wife and I both. More
