Robert Medlin is the best. I found a used truck I was looking for at Duncan. Robert Medlin was the sales rep. that worked with me. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful p I found a used truck I was looking for at Duncan. Robert Medlin was the sales rep. that worked with me. You couldn't ask for a nicer, more helpful person. The truck had a locking lug nut on each wheel that neither of us knew about because they were covered up by a centerpiece cap. After I got the truck home which was over 80 miles from the dealership and found no special socket to remove the locking lugs, I carried the truck to a local dealer and had each one removed. I contacted Robert about the possibility of Duncan Acura reimbursing me for this charge and he agreed to check on it. It took some time, which was not Robert's fault (they sent check to local dealer instead of me), but eventually I received a check to completely reimburse me for having the lug nuts replaced with regular ones. I wouldn't hesitate to deal with Robert again. No pressure and just such a nice down to earth person. More

The sales team, the parts department, and the service department function like a well oiled machine. They all work together.
