In 2007, I dealt with Robert Medlin and Mike Maddox, and it was my pleasure to deal with them once again. Actually, these two gentlemen are one of the top reasons I returned to Duncan. Robert is a friendly, outgoing gentleman who knows his product well. He is honest and knowledgable about the Acura line, and I have left the dealership both times with a good understanding of the various features and options I purchased on my vehicle. Mike is always fair with pricing my trade, and I genuinely appreciate his knowledge and expertise in insuring I have a good deal. The dealership, as a whole, and the showroom are clean; all sales and office personnel are friendly and outgoing; and, all employees treat you with respect. Financing is efficient and well explained to customers. The Service Dept. is excellent. When buying a vehicle from Duncan, you can rest assured you will be well taken care of for the duration. Five stars actually does not seem to be quite high enough of a rating! I love my new Acura RDX! More

Found my dream 100 series Landcruiser I have searched for either an 80 or 100 series Landcruiser for a few years and haven't been able to find the perfect deal. It turns out that Duncan A I have searched for either an 80 or 100 series Landcruiser for a few years and haven't been able to find the perfect deal. It turns out that Duncan Acura/Audi took in a trade on a 2004 Toyota Landcruiser (mid-facelift) and the vehicle was in stunning condition for it's age. The dealership went to decent meaasures to make sure the vehicle would pass Virginia State Inspection. Inspection's don't matter to me as I live in Florida, however that is a piece of mind as items have to be refreshed with new units to meet the state standard. The vehicle was not perfect, but is not far from and is a fantastic base for my overland modifying journey. We drove back to Florida with zero issues, to the vehicles new life. Sarah Acuna, my sales advisor was straight forward with me. If there were any questions I had, she would make sure I was supplied the right answer. They made the transaction easy from over 600 miles away. More
