Part excellent part needs improvement Brought my pick up in to repair a scratch on tailgate. The repair included replacing the plastic cap on the top of the tailgate and repair of a scratc Brought my pick up in to repair a scratch on tailgate. The repair included replacing the plastic cap on the top of the tailgate and repair of a scratch on the painted upper section of the tailgate. The replacement of plastic cap was excellent while the repair of the scratch was basic meaning not a true repair of the scratch but rather a budding of the area along with touch up paint into the scratched area. I’ve contacted my sales rep and Chaz has been very helpful in following up to get the scratched area properly repaired. Btw the scratches occurred while having the bed sprayed with liner protection at the dealership. More
