Purchase Although it was clear that I was not leaving without purchasing the truck, the truck was not detailed before closing and all employees left. Sales ass Although it was clear that I was not leaving without purchasing the truck, the truck was not detailed before closing and all employees left. Sales associate just went to truck and pulled sticker off window and put a 1/4 a tank of gas in it. No floor mats were in the truck and although truck was used and had some minor chips in body work and the rubber around tailgate was completed twisted and not forcing the correct seal. Felt they low balled me on trade in value and was not very willing to negotiate. Disappointed to have to take my truck thru a quarter wash for it to be “clean” and why they offered incentives for their next door auto service as a “$2,500” value that I couldn’t receive or negotiate off the price due to living 2 hours away. More

Service Department Review Tyler in the service department made an extraordinary effort to acquire a part for my backup camera bracket which had been knocked off.
