Service dept was informative and honest Took my vehicle in for an occurring transmission slipping problem. They advised they felt transmission slipping and shuttering. Vehicle has 12,000 mil Took my vehicle in for an occurring transmission slipping problem. They advised they felt transmission slipping and shuttering. Vehicle has 12,000 miles on it and has been in for the same problem 6 times. Service dept advised GM told them to change transmission fluid, again, and that would correct the problem. Drove vehicle seemed good. After approximately 300 miles started slipping and banging into gear. Same problem all over again. My problem is with GM, why can’t they fix this darn problem. More

Buying a used vehicle Once I arrived on their lot I was greeted in the rain by a salesman named Bob Montgomery. I explained to him what I was looking for and he immediately Once I arrived on their lot I was greeted in the rain by a salesman named Bob Montgomery. I explained to him what I was looking for and he immediately told me he had the perfect vehicle for me. Unfortunately for me the vehicle in question was being used be the sales manager. He got in touch with his manager and the vehicle arrived a short time later. While we was waiting he described everything about the vehicle and it was everything that I was looking for. Once the vehicle arrived me, Bob, and my family went for a test drive. Everyone fell in love with it. After a bad experience earlier during the day at another dealership I was feeling a little disappointed. I just happen to stop by on the way to another dealership and my wife said pray about it and have faith. I seriously think they were answered. After a day that started at 6:30 am to find a vehicle I am really satisfied that I stopped at Vestal. He said that he would get me in this vehicle.
