Disappointed The people were nice but I was told my brake oil light was nothing serious but I NEEDED to get a brake fluid flush and the cost Zaza, j would be a lit The people were nice but I was told my brake oil light was nothing serious but I NEEDED to get a brake fluid flush and the cost Zaza, j would be a little over or around $100. I agreed to the service because I thought I NEEDED it especially since it involved the brakes. After I told my Dad about it he laughed and said who told me that. I thiught about the fact that I NEVER had to get a brake fluid flush on any of my other vehicles even a Lexus GX470 with over 225k miles. I was later called by the service department to be informed the cost would actually be $160 because the fluid was not included. Thats a big difference!!! I then mentioned my Dads comments and asked why I NEEDED the brake fluid change only then to be told it was a normal maintenance notification light (similar to an oil change light) and the fact it said brake oil was a little confusing to them as well. If I had REALLY known the situation I would not have gotten it done especially at that price when I saw the going rate is about $73-$104. More

30000 mile check up I took my truck in for the 30000 mile checkup and they had my loaner car waiting for me and I was able to drop the car off I'm back on my way within 1 I took my truck in for the 30000 mile checkup and they had my loaner car waiting for me and I was able to drop the car off I'm back on my way within 10 minutes. The only thing they could have done better was maybe give me a free wash and vacuum since I had spent $550.00 for a 30000 mile check-up and that included a $25.00 discount. But the service department is great. More
