Quality customer service that does care about customers! I purchased a used vehicle from the sales dapertment at Vestal about 1 month ago, They did allot to help me get what I needed and were pretty good abo I purchased a used vehicle from the sales dapertment at Vestal about 1 month ago, They did allot to help me get what I needed and were pretty good about explaining the process in easy to understand and detailed answers. After 2-3 weeks and about 1,000 miles in the truck it had a light come on the dash in addition to some basic/preventative minor details that needed attention. As soon as I asked about these repairs that needed to be done my salesman, Mr. Mitchell handled everything for me and the service department contacted me to let me know things would be taken care of and I could bring my vehicle in at my convenience. I work in the service dartment at a John Deere dealership and understand all of the processes that had already took place and that would take place, and it is not always a quick result or quick turn around in these scenarios. Repairs were completed in a timely manor, and repairs were done correctly the first time! The service department stayed in contact with me throughout the process to keep me up to date before I even had a chance to call them to ask any questions and the sales department reached out to be sure I was taken care of also. Over all outstanding company and incredible customer service! This was not my first GM vehicle and will not be my last one either! Outstanding work Vestal GMC in Kernersville! More
