This was the Worse purchase I have ever experience!!! The truck was driven down for delivery the outside was clean but the inside of the truck was not detailed at All I had to send pictures so the manager co truck was driven down for delivery the outside was clean but the inside of the truck was not detailed at All I had to send pictures so the manager could see for himself, stained seats floor mats dirty nothing was done to the inside of this truck; how did it leave the dealership like this, Lee corrected that by paying for me to take it to have it clean. I had to call several times to get the paper work sent to me that I signed when the truck was delivered. I purchased this truck on the 26th of June and I’m just being told today 21 July after calling asking where are my tags, that they are mailing me the paper work today so I can make and appointment with DMV because they are not set up to have the tags sent to me like most dealerships do when you purchase out of state imagine that. The only thing that was done correctly was collecting the money that I owed for the down payment.. Mrs Rene and the other sales lady was very nice and helpful outside of that I’m not very happy with this purchase.. Return phone calls outside of Renee forget about it until they see you’re angry.
