Worst car buying experience I have ever had. Could not get representative to respond. Once salesman had the sale he no longer cared about me. Waited three hours for financing. Once financing completed sal get representative to respond. Once salesman had the sale he no longer cared about me. Waited three hours for financing. Once financing completed salesman acted as if he didn't have the time to explain functionality of truck. Finance person and receptionist were great. Will never buy another truck from this dealership. Blamed problems on the internet but they were incompetent. Asked if truck had 6 cylinders and they could not answer because internet was down. Could have walked out to the truck and looked. Took from 10am until 6pm to buy a truck! Stay away from this dealership. Also when trying to buy the truck asked for lease and financing options. Had to force them to give lease option. Salesman was agitated that I did so. Most unprofessional dealership other than financing person I have ever dealt with in my life when buying a car!!! More
