I am only writing this review to state that whoever is in charge of making sure people get their plates on time is doing a poor job. I've had my car over a month (along with the paper plate that is long expi charge of making sure people get their plates on time is doing a poor job. I've had my car over a month (along with the paper plate that is long expired since 5/27) and I still haven't gotten the plate to my car (it is currently 6/6). I have been pulled over for it already, and I told them that the plate has not come in yet. Charles at the dealership already told us that they had the plate on 5/19, but I've been to the DMV twice in order to fix the mix up with the vin numbers, and then a second time asking when my plate would come, and the DMV told me that they (the dealership) didn't have the plate until 5/27 (the day my paper plate expired). I would say that I have the suspicion that they forgot about it and my phone call to the GMC Buick dealership in Kernersville was a wake up call for them to start on it, but what do I know. More

False advertising, Horrible Customer Service, Caveat Emptor! Giving one star because it's as low as I can go. Had an offer in writing. Asked for some concessions, they offered $300 for running boards, I countered at $500 and they refused. They blew the deal up over $200 with a customer who drove over an hour with an offer in writing in hand (plus a $500/deposit I put down.) Vehicle reeked of smoke and no detailing was done even though they promised it would be clean when I picked it up. In summary, their ads are inaccurate, and they are willing to blow up a deal over $200 bucks after admitting to lying in their adds. If you visit, I challenge to walk through a their service bays. They are some of the dirtiest I have ever seen. To top things off they corrected the listing to read leatherette instead of leather. Guess what? There is no leatherette on a RAM 1500. It's fabric or leather. The charade continues. Beware!! More
