Stayed calm and listened to me and payed attention to what I was saying and really made we want to help him get his first sale. I had my mind made up that I was leaving there with a different vehicle than what I arrived in. After about may be 5 hours of discussing prices and product I decided in my best interest to purchase a new vehicle because of the warranty. I could have easily got him frustrated but I didn't. I think he will make a good salesman as long as he continues to put the customer before commission. I am satisfied with my decision. More
