Unwilling to offer low cost solutions at their cost for a vehicle that has been in for service for major issues over 3 times in less than 2 years. They should be backing up the product they sell with an ext vehicle that has been in for service for major issues over 3 times in less than 2 years. They should be backing up the product they sell with an extended warranty at their cost, as the car was purchased brand new and we are having so many problems (as early as 3 months after purchase). Also still not confident they have gotten to the bottom of the repetitive issues we’ve been having. Will be taking it up the chain. More

This visit didn’t turn out so well. Not all issues fixed and tried to tell me I had to come back to have my lug nuts tightened in 500 miles for “aftermarket” wheels.
