I came in for service and the guy who help me was very helpful, even check to see if I had #Warranty still left on the cars so I wouldn’t have to worry about paying for that service. Very disappointed in the service I was given. Had to wait one hour and forty-five minutes for them to change oil. Paid three times the price for a cabin filter than I could have paid for one at advance auto. one hour and forty-five minutes for them to change oil. 2019 Sierra Denali with 8k mikes returned from service smelling like an ashtray. Smoking allowed in service area. Salesmen smoking and spitting at entrance. Totally unprofessional.
