Very poor buying experience at this dealership. I had never been to this dealership before. Stopped by a competitor first to see what they would price the vehicle I wanted at an "out-the-door" pric I had never been to this dealership before. Stopped by a competitor first to see what they would price the vehicle I wanted at an "out-the-door" price. Then went Vestal. They DID beat the pants off their competitor on the price. From there everything went down hill with the buying experience. The salesperson would not listen to me when I tried to explain what I was looking for and the way I was car shopping (I had just recently had a deer collision that totaled previous vehicle). At the end of the day, he had pissed me off When it came to getting the information that was needed to my financial institution prior to loan close, Vestal personnel seemed like they could not get the information to them and I had to call back to Vestal repeatedly to get this done. When it came to completing the deal, the figures that had been sent to the financial institution did not match with Vestal's final figures. On top of that, the finance guy, Bob, misspelled my middle name on every legal document that was signed (didn't recognize it at the time). Then about all got from the salesperson as far as any instruction on the car's features was to sit in driver's seat, push the OnStar button and talk to them, while he went for vape break. I would not steer my friends to this place without a warning: they may beat others in price, but I truly believe they have some of the most ineptitude of personnel, that simply don't pay attention to detail when it comes to the customer service experience. They ought to be ashamed!! More
