Typical shady transaction that make people dislike car salesman and their managers. Now the General Manager keeps sending me letters to purchase a extended warranty after I have repeatedly called and requested to stop. This dealership needs to start putting customers first instead of causing them headaches. I wouldn't recommend because of these issues. More

I recently traveled 250 miles to this dealership with a deal already prepared on paper, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The vehicle we came to purchase deal already prepared on paper, expecting a smooth process. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The vehicle we came to purchase had more miles than advertised and visible dings and chips, which were not disclosed beforehand. Instead of addressing these issues, the sales manager (Jim) brought up the fact that we were trading in our 8-year-old truck in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, even though the details of the trade-in were already known. After traveling such a long distance, we felt like we had no choice but to accept the car as-is or leave empty-handed. It was disappointing, to say the least, given that we had a deal prepared ahead of time. It seemed like our concerns were brushed aside, and the sales manager’s attitude left us feeling undervalued as customers. On a positive note, Carlos, our salesperson, was fantastic and did his best to make the experience better. However, the poor handling by the sales manager overshadowed the visit. I hope the dealership takes this feedback seriously to improve the customer experience in the future. More

I recently stopped by Parks because they had a vehicle, I was interested in. The salesperson was great, we test drive the vehicle and love it.
