I purchased a truck here a few weeks ago and worked with Paul. When I purchased the truck he promised me he would install a bed liner on the truck and tint my windows. This guy has been jerking me around si Paul. When I purchased the truck he promised me he would install a bed liner on the truck and tint my windows. This guy has been jerking me around since. He always had an excuse why he couldn’t uphold his end of the bargain. I finally got my windows tinted from them only to have them begin bubbling up a week later. When I mentioned it to Paul he started up with his xxxxxxxx again stating that when it was installed it didn’t look like that so he’s not responsible for it. The poor workmanship in this dealership doesn’t even last a week. Now I finally got the bed liner installed but I don’t have high expectations for anything they really did. Honestly I couldn’t recommend going here for just about anything and most certainly couldn’t recommend using Paul for anything either. Find yourself another dealership and work through them. It will save you time and aggravation. Whatever they tell you Is a lie. Good luck to the people who are dealing with this dealership and unfortunately didn’t buy elsewhere. More
We found the purchasing of a used suburban to be easy with the help of David Fernandez. He took a chance on contacting us with something almost exactly for what we were looking. This Dealership is a straight rip off they made me pay for a service I didn't get but.paid for it, end result my transmission messed up. I do not recommend this car dealership. We brought my son's 2016 Camaro to Parks at the Lake for them to replace the weather stripping around the trunk. The car had no mechanical or electrical issues when we brought it to Parks. When we got the car back it sat on our driveway for two days but when my son went to start the car the morning of the third day, the car wouldn't start. Apparently, the the fuse panel in the trunk got water in it which caused it to short out and drain the battery. We had no problem with the electrical system before we brought the car to Parks at the Lake. Only after they replaced the weather stripping, was there an issue. When we brought the car back to Parks they took the position that it was not their problem and the cost of new repair (over $1,000) would be our responsibility. In my opinion, Parks at the Lake caused or contributed to the cause of a significant problem but, instead of stepping up and making the situation right, they claimed no responsibility. Failing to take responsibility in a situation is a very poor characteristic and this is not a company I recommend working with. More
John came over and introduced himself and told us he was there to make us the best deal on a new 2021 Chevrolet. Let me say, He done just that. After Leaving City Chevrolet over a 250.00 difference and after arriving at Parks Chevrolet the experience was very pleasent. Our sales person Isaih was very knowledgeable and friendly. The finance manager was so helpful in securing our payment desired. I just can’t say enough good things about these folks. After a bad experience at City Chevrolet these great guys at Parks Chevrolet delivered 5?star service and a great price on the 2021 Blazer RS. We are definitely Parks Chevrolet customers for life !!!
