Worst experience ever I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went in to purchase a vehicle I was told I needed a little more down and was asked can I get it by Fr I had the worst experience at this dealership. I went in to purchase a vehicle I was told I needed a little more down and was asked can I get it by Friday. I got the money together by Friday contacted Ron carter and let him know. After that day he ignored my call and didn't reach back out to me. I finally got in contact with him he told me he was waiting for the car to come in. So I waited a month for the car contacted him the Wednesday before the Friday he told me to come in he stated we was still on for that Friday for me to get the car. I go in that Friday morning and he tells me they sold the car the night before that I had been waiting the month to get. Not only that I wasted my time going up there he didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know the car was sold. I would not recommend anyone to do business here. More

After having the car for a week we received a call saying the loan had not gone through and we had to return the car. I don't know how they let you drive off the lot without having approval for the loan. I do not feel like they did all they could to resolve this issue. After visiting another, much more reputable dealership, it sounds like there were several other things Royal could have/ should have done to make this loan go through. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I arrived at the dealership after having seen the vehicle online and Matthew greeted me at the front door, with a smile and helpful manner, initially and every time thereafter. We appreciate his business acumen, promptness and attention to detail. We encountered a few minor hiccups but Matthew worked diligently to iron out the details and make certain we were satisfied customers and purchased the vehicle we wanted. Johnny Norris, the Used Car Director, was instrumental as well in our experience and remembered our names each time we visited the dealership which was recognized and appreciated. Best Dealership Experience ! On the latter part of last week I visited Royal Chevrolet to have my then '06 Chevy Cobalt serviced. After an inspection I was told that I was having On the latter part of last week I visited Royal Chevrolet to have my then '06 Chevy Cobalt serviced. After an inspection I was told that I was having steering issues and to take it to Chevrolet to have it looked at. Upon my arrival Jason greeted me warmly and informed me that the service center was closed on Saturday and wouldn't be opened until Monday. Instead of having me leave with a faulty vehicle Jason asked why not look into getting a new vehicle. It was not my intention to purchase a new vehicle at all and I gave every reason and excuse imaginable as to why that was not the right option for me. Jason was persistent but not pushy and before I knew it I was sitting in his chair. Jason was very personable and knowledgable and had an answer to any question that I proposed. I did not have high hopes at all in getting approved for financing because I knew I was in tough situation. Nevertheless Jason pressed on and was trying his hardest to get something worked out for me. While he was working his magic, he would often come back to the office and give me the updates and explain what was happening. Not for one second did I feel rushed, pushed, coerced, or anything of that nature. He came back arms outstretched with a big smile on his face and took me to my brand new 2016 Chevy Cruze. Jason was more excited than I was, I didn't know how to respond. I was so shocked, I asked him was it okay to smile now and he said smile when you see your new car. I was so grateful for Jason Foster on this day, his patience, knowledge, and true concern for my situation and well being was impeccable. Royal Chevrolet is lucky to have him ! More
