I had stopped in because my boyfriend had purchased a car a couple of years before from Doug, and he was very impressed with the service. I think it speaks volumes whenever referrals are actually brought into a dealership because it means that the impression of the business is a good one. I think the experience over all was a very positive one. I do however; feel that due to my boyfriend’s past with the dealership and his credit history, a better deal could have been made when it came to the actual car, since he is Primary on the loan. I wanted an Equinox Lt, but the actual monthly payments that were presented to me were way out of my reach. I felt bad as I had to settle for the LS, but still feel pleased with the purchase. In the future, I will still consider Royal my first option in my next car search, but will keep my options open for a better deal else where. More
