Great experience I worked with Jason and Luke for my purchase. I had found the car online and had inquired and ended up talking with Jason. I had originally been look I worked with Jason and Luke for my purchase. I had found the car online and had inquired and ended up talking with Jason. I had originally been looking between here and another dealership in Chesapeake, VA for my Outlander Sport. I went in to see him on a Monday for a test drive, he was great. He had a great attitude and was fun to talk to. He told me that he was interested in 'earning' my business rather than just getting it. I really liked him, but I'm not the type of person who can make a decision based on only seeing one car, so I told him I was looking at another car. He wasn't pushy or offended or anything that I was looking elsewhere. Well, I went to Chesapeake the next day for the test drive of the other car and it was probably the worst experience I could have had at a dealership (I'll get to the review on their site later). On my way home from there, I called Jason and told him I was definitely going to buy the car from him. It was my shock of going from someone like Jason (who couldn't have been more interested in what I wanted, asked, etc) to someone who didn't even want to talk to me at the other dealership that really made me realize how good it was at Royal. After I decided to buy, I was talking to Luke for financing. He was also great, and listened to my silly inexperienced buyer questions and concerns. He worked with me to get the rate and length of loan that I wanted. No one tried to play games with me or otherwise take advantage of my inexperience in car buying. I appreciate it! The only disappointment we had is we had thought we looked over the car fairly well but I guess being a 2013 you figure it has to be in better shape than most. Once we got home and was more relaxed looking at it the passenger door had a lot of chips in it. We will have to take it to the body shop by the end of the month and have that door repainted. More
