I bought an Acura MDX and I am not sure if I love my new car or my dealership more! They were SOO helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make me happy! The sales man was able to answer just about every question or concern we had and if he could not answer it..he got the answer! I bought my vehicle used and it is in FABULOUS condition, one very minor thing needed to be done so we scheduled it a few days later and they even provided me with another vehicle to drive while my was being worked on for the day. Tuck was friendly and great entertainment while we were waiting. George was very helpful and knowledgeable about EVERYTHING and I ask tons of questions so it was nice to be able to ask everything and not feel as if I was being rushed or pressed! I would totally suggest making your next purchase from Royal !!!!!! More

My only problem is that there were nothing to say thank you except a handshake. that's good but when I have purchased my other 6 Chevrolet's, I have either recived a gas card, free inspections, jacket, so you except a handshake. that's good but when I have purchased my other 6 Chevrolet's, I have either recived a gas card, free inspections, jacket, something. This time, nothing. Not real happy with that part. I just $24,000 and just receive a handshake. One dealership that I didn't purchase from but talked to sent me a coupon for dollars off a oil change. I didn't purchase from that dealership but they sent me something. I thought loyalty to chevrolet meant something. Not anymore. More
I went to Royal Chevrolet to find a good used car for my son. My salesman Brian was extremely helpful and very upfront with me on all of the cars we looked at. Once we settled on the best car, we worked with his manager George Byrnes on price and financing. I shopped at Royal because I want to get a good car at a fair price and have a quality dealership stand behind their product. We found all of that with our experience. At one point, George asked me to give him the chance to prove I bought my son's car from the right dealership. He did just that. I look forward to working with them again on my next car purchase. Initially, they were very helpful and intent on helping on me find a car. At first, I almost left without a car and they kept trying to work with me and kept emphasizing that I had such good credit and tha on me find a car. I filled out all the paperwork and was good to go. Or so I thought. 5 days later, they kept asking me for my pay stubs when they stated initially that I wouldn't even need them. Then they call me again and state that I needed a co-signer when they never ever mentioned that once. I bring my co-signer in and we had to wait 2.5 hours to print out new paperwork to sign. Also, the car had a bad smoky smell to it and Brian said that all I needed was Febreze. That didn't work and I still have that smell in my car. They let me drive off with a car with a tear in it. They gave me new tires, but I got the run around so many times that it was ridiculous. I tried to end the contract because technically, they had to write up a new contract since once again I have to sign again because they were unaware about the interest rate being reduced. The old contracts were null and void and now I thought I could be released. I went to do this on Tuesday and they were so rigid and had so many excuses about why these things occurred. This was my first car experience and I will never forget it because it was so unbelievably bad due to the dishonesty of the people I had to work with. I will never recommend these people to anyone I know and I will make sure that everyone knows how this place operates. They could have me a different car and wouldn't have lost any business. After I get my tags and everything, I will never go to that place ever again. More
