Yesterday I brought my Chevy Traverse in for an oil change. I was reminded (again) that I needed the transmission fluid changed (because it hasn't every been done). Then your service guy answered my pr change. I was reminded (again) that I needed the transmission fluid changed (because it hasn't every been done). Then your service guy answered my problem on the shimmying... I needed two new tires. After giving me an estimate and asking when I could set up an appointment, I asked if you could do it now (It was 4pm). Thank you for getting me in on the same day! I was glad to get it all done while I was there! Now I'm ready for my trip! More
