We found the one that we all liked & my 5 year old granddaughter, Olivia immediately said, "this is the one, Mimi"! In 40 years of car purchases, this was, by far, the best, most relaxed experience we've ever had. Gerald was so "laid back", patient, informative & immediately put us at ease. He was very accommodating & allowed us to drive it overnight & take Olivia to school the next day which made her very happy. To make it an even better experience, our 11 month old granddaughter, Charlee took 6 steps while we were there as the great salesmen, Gerald & Kelvin Maple, cheered her on. Gerald took a lot of time reviewing the different DVD players with us & had it installed the next day making good on his promise to try to have everything done in time to pick it up after Olivia got out of school. She is the best advertisement for Gastonia Chrysler as she shows off all the van's many features & has given out many of Gerald's cards to friends & family. She asked if we go back to visit soon!! Got the car I wanted pretty quickly Everyone was nice and their selections was great. Kelvin helped a lot and made some moves to get me in the car I wanted. The first couple of sales people that greated Us Were young people that were just going through the motions of being there ,until we were put in touch with the sales person we had dealt with by phone , Kelvin Maples . He was very tolerant of the special requirements that we needed to meet the tax credit we needed for our business and helped us get what I feel is the very east deal possible. He is very knowledable of every car we discussed down to the most minute detail which really helps when shopping fo an automobile. I am sure the guys that are more interested in each other more than the customers won't last but the guys like Mr Maples will and for that reason , I would definatly go back for my next vehicle. If I would of known about the price, I would of never showed up. I guess this false advertisement gets a #1 for them. Telling me 2,000 down and 359 mo for 72 months, well keep that xxxx. Total $27,848 for a xxxx corolla, yeah good try but failed. More

Great customer service, thanks to Mark Raines I would highly recommend visiting this dealership! Over the two weeks of negoiating a deal (yes unfortunately it took that long) several salesman and I would highly recommend visiting this dealership! Over the two weeks of negoiating a deal (yes unfortunately it took that long) several salesman and managers were involved in my "deal" but one stuck out the most, Mark Raines! He was beyond great! He went out of his way to answer my questions, follow up and ensure I was happy. The only negative thing I can say about my experience was, it was a lot of back and forth and the dealership allowed me to walk out quit a few times chancing that I would take my deal elsewhere. Which was no fault to Mark but I would of rathered not had gone through all that esp with a small child having to tote back and forth to the dealership but I guess it eventually paid off BC no dealership around (and trust me I visted quit a few to say the least) would even come close to their numbers!! If you're are looking to buy, definitely give them a visit, Mark/ Ronald and Frank were all great to work with! More
