I leased my genesis at this dealership. It was time for my service appt. An individual reached out to me, via email, to see if I need help setting up an appointment. I then re-emailed the individual and never heard back. Then I had to call to set the appointment up. I came in for my scheduled oil appointment Upon arrival, no one grieved me for about 10 minutes, despite them not obviously helping other customer at the time. Once my keys were taken, I went and sat in the waiting area. After about an hour and a half I went to check on the status of my car. They told me it would be ready soon. I went and checked back at the two hour mark was told the same response. Further questioning, they told me that multiple people had quit recently and they did not have the appropriate staff to meet current needs. It took a total of 2 1/2 hours for my service appt. Upon getting in my car, it was not washed as requested, nor with anything else service outside of the oil seemingly. I am very disappointed in the demeanor of the service staff, the lack of timely help that I received, the quality of the service and the length of my appt. More

This statement is about Ford dealerships in general. I just paid over $2,000 to replace the fuel pump. It is unacceptable for a fuel pump replacement to cost over $2,000. Last year, my wipers would I just paid over $2,000 to replace the fuel pump. It is unacceptable for a fuel pump replacement to cost over $2,000. Last year, my wipers would not shut off and Ford advised me it would be $260 to diagnose the problem and then the cost for parts. I spent $27 on Amazon and purchased a replacement wiper assembly and removed the 3-bolts and replaced it in 20-minutes. I was advised by Ford it would probably be around $400. More
