Terrible experience. I applied for my loan for a truck I wanted on a Sunday, contacted Sihem as soon as I put the application ins and let him know I would be there as soo I applied for my loan for a truck I wanted on a Sunday, contacted Sihem as soon as I put the application ins and let him know I would be there as soon as I got off of work on Monday to get the truck. I spent all day Monday on the phone with my bank getting approved, Sihem called me at 12:58 to tell me that someone else was looking at the truck at the Chevy dealership and to send a picture of my license and insurance card so he could try and get me locked in. I sent them immediately and about an hour later he calls me to tell me the truck had been sold. Chris the manager called me to explain the situation and told me the truck had been sold at around 10:00 that morning. Chris had also already sent a certified bill of sale to my lender even after the truck was sold to the other person. On top of all of this Sihem texts me later with the info on a truck that was a 2 door (the one I wanted was a four door) and was around $5,000 more than the truck I wanted. Horrible customer service all around. I do not recommend going here especially if you’re getting a loan from your bank for the vehicle! More

Well I’ve asked them to figure out why my trade in isn’t paid off as of today with a payment due Sunday and they just ghost you. I had a feeling after how little they responded at first this would be the after sale experience but that was naive of me. They are putting me in a bad spot and won’t do anything about it. They just dismissed me last night and now here we are. I don’t recommend them at all. More

Don't take your GM vehicle here! This isn't my first go around with Parks, and I have given them every opportunity to fix the problem, but I am not getting any action. My 2020 Sierra This isn't my first go around with Parks, and I have given them every opportunity to fix the problem, but I am not getting any action. My 2020 Sierra has been there since September 15. It had an emissions problem (but still operates) and after a couple of weeks they told me they replaced a part but it didn't fix it. They ordered another part, but GM was then on strike. After that part did not arrive after being a month into this, I asked for a service loaner. They obliged but I am now on my third Encore which isn't big enough to handle 4 passengers of any size comfortably. After several communications with the advisor (Elie) I realize he is not on my side at all! After two months I ask "when will my vehicle be done?" he replies, "I am sorry GM went on strike". That not only is not answering my question, but I need action, not an apology! Besides, does he not represent GM!!! I ask him to get me an answer, he tells me I can call GM's customer service. When I ask what is the number, he condescendingly responds, "let me GOOGLE it FOR YOU!" What a joke! I ask him today (November 17) what is the phone number for your manager? He says, we don't have one and that they are trying to hire one. No kidding! Is it any wonder how dysfunctional this service department is? I ask him "what is the next level up manager?" No response!!! Now I have family flying in for Thanksgiving on Monday and have to rent a vehicle because you can't get more than two adults in a Buick Encore. So, if you want to get treated like crap be sure to go to Parks GMC. I still don't have my vehicle back and only God knows when these people will get off their backsides and actualy do some real customer service! More

Today I drive 3.5 hrs to pick up a different truck that the dealership had sold me the night before, after running credit, agreeing on price, etc. The trucks sold!!!! Plenty of GM dealerships. Shop elsewhere because the Parks Promise is a lie! More
