Terrible experience. I applied for my loan for a truck I wanted on a Sunday, contacted Sihem as soon as I put the application ins and let him know I would be there as soo I applied for my loan for a truck I wanted on a Sunday, contacted Sihem as soon as I put the application ins and let him know I would be there as soon as I got off of work on Monday to get the truck. I spent all day Monday on the phone with my bank getting approved, Sihem called me at 12:58 to tell me that someone else was looking at the truck at the Chevy dealership and to send a picture of my license and insurance card so he could try and get me locked in. I sent them immediately and about an hour later he calls me to tell me the truck had been sold. Chris the manager called me to explain the situation and told me the truck had been sold at around 10:00 that morning. Chris had also already sent a certified bill of sale to my lender even after the truck was sold to the other person. On top of all of this Sihem texts me later with the info on a truck that was a 2 door (the one I wanted was a four door) and was around $5,000 more than the truck I wanted. Horrible customer service all around. I do not recommend going here especially if you’re getting a loan from your bank for the vehicle! More

You know what. I gave parks a second shot to make things right. They did an ok job but now I’m in a bind and they don’t care. Part of our deal was expedited payoff. Well I’ve asked them to figure out why my trade in isn’t paid off as of today with a payment due Sunday and they just ghost you. I had a feeling after how little they responded at first this would be the after sale experience but that was naive of me. They are putting me in a bad spot and won’t do anything about it. They just dismissed me last night and now here we are. I don’t recommend them at all. More
